Posture.

Posture is important. Not just when you work and exercise, but also when you sleep. Here are a couple of tips to help improve your posture.

Posture sitting at your computer
Good: Adjust your seat so that your eyes are level with your screen, and try to keep your back and shoulders relaxed.

Bad: Don't s
tay more than 30 minutes in the same position. Also, take breaks away from your computer frequently.

Posture in bed
Good:
Lie on your side with the knees bent.

Bad: Don't lie on your stomach. Though some people say it's more 'comfy', its also unnatural and puts too much pressure on your spinal column and leads to lots of unwanted muscle tension.

Exercises

Good: Swimming, cycling and walking are considered as the best activities to maintain good back postures.

Bad: It is good to practice these sports regularly, but DO NOT OVERDO IT! Pushing yourself TOO hard does more harm than good.
